Billing Manager – NEW

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager in the St. Louis area to perform the following duties:

  • Review remits and follow up on denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims
  • Appeal and re-submit claims as necessary
  • Post insurance and patient payments
  • Handle write-offs and adjustments
  • Monitor medical policies and fee schedules for any changes
  • Perform claim edits
  • Answer staff and patient billing questions
  • Assist with credentialing new insurances and providers
  • Supervise two billing staff to ensure proper coding, claim submission, and account adjustments
  • Supervise office operations in the absence of the practice manager

Medical billing manger candidates must possess:

  • Exceptional knowledge of EHR billing systems (Epic preferred)

Medical biller/insurance f/u and prior auth rep –

Immediate temporary need for a surgery practice located in  west St. Louis county.  This is a busy private practice who needs an experienced medical biller ho has 2 to 3 years of prior authorization experience, doing follow up on insurance claims, working denials and collections.  Must have excellent communication skills and fluency of medical software and EMR.  This is a Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5pm (will also allow 3 days per week if preferred).  This position also has the potential of going permanent.

Salary:  $16 to 20/hr (depending on years of experience)

Practice Manager –NEW

We are seeking an experienced practice manager for a podiatry practice.  This practice has 3 locations and needs a manager who can streamline operations and .

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations for 3 separate locations
  • Human Resources – hire, discipline, coach, train employees
  • Respond to patient needs and concerns; assist with triage and patient education
  • Ensure smooth daily patient flow
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Medical Assistant for short term assignment in Washington, Missouri-NEW

We are seeking an experienced medical assistant to fill a short-term temporary assignment for the months of August and September in Washington, MO. Medical Assistant will be expected to:

  • Room patients
  • Measure vital signs
  • Draw blood
  • Review and document medical histories in the EHR system
  • Administer tests and injections
  • Provide patient education and instruction

Medical Assistant candidate MUST have:
