Office Manager – NEW

We are seeking an experienced office manager to help launch a brand new Covid-19 testing center in the St. Louis area. We are a rapidly growing company looking for someone who wants to grow with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with establishing administrative systems and protocols
  • Manage daily office operations
  • Manage a team of employees
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns

Qualifications:

Bill Review Nurse (RN or LPN) – NEW

We are seeking an experienced nurse reviewer with coding skills. Will be responsible to work with a team in determining the accuracy of in-patient hospital claims. Must be able to review patient charts and check for any non-contracted charges and redundancies. This position involves collaborating with a bill review team to ensure the accuracy of codes and charges. This is a full-time, permanent need. The position is office based but with all the social distancing and safety requirements outlined by the CDC.

  • Must have a valid nursing license
  • Certification with AAPC and/or AHIMA
  • 3 years experience in the bill review/claims analyst arena
  • Software fluency and proficiency
  • Worker’s comp experience

Screener/Greeter for Medical Office – NEW

A private practice is experiencing a volume of new patients for Covid-19 testing.  This role will support the front desk employees by greeting patients, going over registration, sanitizing waiting room, copying insurance cards, and scheduling new patients.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Medical software fluency
  • Ability to stand and move around for 8 hour shifts
  • 2-3 years of medical practice experience

This is a full-time, temp position, Monday through Friday 8 to 4:30pm. Strict adherence to Covid-19 guidelines are in place in this medical facility.  All patients who have been exposed are admitted to a separate area.

Medical Collector for Surgery Center – NEW

This is an immediate permanent hire need for an established, busy surgery center.  The main duties are as follows;

  • Review EOBs and follow up on claim denials and underpaid claims
  • Appeal and re-submit unpaid claims
  • Submit and follow up on secondary claims
  • Post payments and make adjustments to patient accounts
  • Generate and work accounts receivable aging reports
  • Compile daily bank deposits
  • Respond to patient phone calls regarding insurance or payment issues

If you are interested in this position, you must possess the following skills/qualifications;

  • 2-3 years experience in a medical office performing accounts receivable and insurance duties
  • Fluency on software/EMR
  • Ability to interact with the billing department

We are seeking two receptionists to assist with the daily operation of this private practice.  Will be required to triage calls, schedule appointments, copy insurance cards, collect copays and primarily greet and welcome patients.  Excellent communication skills a must along with fluency on medical software.

A private pain management/rehabilitation office is seeking a medical assistant who enjoys working in a fast paced clinic. This is a full time long term temp to hire assignment. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. NO WEEKENDS!  Duties will involve, rooming patients, patient assessments, obtaining vitals, triaging calls, scheduling appointments/tests, documenting in the EMR system.  Will be expected to travel to 3 locaitons; North County, South County and Granite City, IL.

Skills/experience required:

  • 2-3 years physician office experience
  • Knowledgeable in front and back office duties
  • Attention to detail

Salary between $15 to 16/hr (depending on experience).

Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) – NEW

Immediate need for licensed/certified MT or MLT to assist the Lab Director in the daily laboratory duties in a busy practice.  This is a temp to hire, full time need.

Will perform serology, immunology, coagulation, hematology, molecular diagnostics and urinalysis.  This is a fast paced, full-service laboratory operating two shifts per day, Monday through Friday.  The following skills are required;

  • Knowledge of laboratory software and electronic medical records
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in science

This specialty practice is seeking a “Director of First Impressions” to enhance the customer service experience.  This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience working a medical front desk and the ability to handle multiple duties….with a smile.  It is a full-time position, no weekends, and full benefits package offered.  Fluency on medical software, handling volume of calls, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must.  Salary is $15.50 to $17.00 depending on years of experience and skill set.  Office is located in the St. Louis county area with free parking.
