Medical Secretary/Receptionist- NEW
Phsyical therapy office is seeking a caring and compassionate employee who will greet patients, schedule appointments, discharge patients, answer phones and primarily be an advocate for the patients. Pre-cert skills are required and fluency on medical software. Hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. This position is a full-time temp to hire position. If you are interested, you must have a work history with a minimum of 3 years in a doctor’s office setting and excellent communication skills.
Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
Medical Assistant – NEW
Busy allergy practice is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years work history in a clinic setting.. The MA duties would include rooming, assisting Physician, performing allergy shots, calling in refills, and assisting with the front desk. PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF QUALITY DATA SERVICES – NEW
This position has the responsibility of overseeing the abstraction services in order to meet contract requirements within budgetary constraints. Will work closely with the Program Managers and clients to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion of ongoing projects. Will develop policies and procedures for abstraction processes, create work flows and assist with other upper management projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff and clients

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role

Medical Receptionist – NEW
We have several immediate needs for temporary receptionists to work in medical clinics. These positions are full time and will help the office as it migrates to a new practice management software and EMR system. Whether you are a Medical Assistant who enjoys working the front desk or an experienced front desk person, you can get started right away. Must have 3 years of medical office or clinic experience as well as medical software/EMR skills.

Medical Assistant with Billing Skills
This is a full time, permanent need, located in O’Fallon, MO. Will work closely with the clinical team with all patient care duties. Rooming patients, taking vitals, review of systems/medications, and other various duties. And will assist the office manager with claims submittal, obtaining prior auths, working the old A/R, and other revenue cycle duties. Must be fluent on medical software/EMR and possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This job requires a minimum of 2 years medical office experience as well as medical insurance, precerts, prior auth knowledge.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT – 1 OPENING
Busy allergy office in St. Charles County needing an MA to work on the clinical side performing injections, skin testing, and PFT’s. The candidate must also be familiar with insurance in order to obtain the precertifications needed. EMR experience is a must but allergy experience is not. This MA must have the willingness to learn the specialty. This position is full-time permanent for the right candidate.

Medical Assistants needed in the South County area to work back on the clinical side in a fast-paced physician office setting. The specialties include internal and family medicine. These are full-time, temp to hire positions.
Medical Assistant for Dermatology Office
This private practice is seeking an individual with high energy and 2-3 years experience working in a doctor’s office. ONLY Candidates with a completed Medical Assistant program will be considered for this position. Will work with 3 dermatologists to ensure that patient flow is smooth, rooms are cleaned, instruments and supplies organized, and ready to assist physicians with wound checks and other clinical duties. Excellent computer and communication skills required.

Revenue Cycle Manager – NEW
An established revenue cycle management company is seeking a manager with hospital facility expertise. This position will help to build a department, lead a team of billers/coders, and interface with clients across the country. Will need to be well versed on reviewing contracts, utilizing data, generating reports, streamlining processes, and billing trends and changes.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hospital billing/coding/patient accounts
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Coding certifications – not required but a plus
- 2-3 years experience managing employees
- Financial, human resources, information systems/EMR skills
- Excellent leadership skills

Program Manager, Quality Data Services
This CLINICAL position is needed to manage the day to day operations for Core Measures Abstraction. Managers with degrees in nursing or other healthcare management degrees required. Must have experience with managing medium to large scale projects and solid knowledge of quality measures collected and reported in a hospital setting.
- Assist project leads to ensure contract requirements are met
- Participate in regular conference calls required by clients
- Provide accurate reports and information in a timely manner
- Monitor compliance with contract requirements for record completion
- Conduct IRR reviews on all core measure abstractors
- Work with the CFO to prepare RFP responses
- Perform all supervisory duties for abstractors, such as interviews, hiring, evaluating, coaching education and PIPs
Requirements for this position;
- Advanced nursing degree or comparable healthcare management degree
- CPHQ certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a manager
