Insurance Collector for Ears Nose & Throat Office-NEW

We are seeking an experienced Accounts receivable specialist for an established otolaryngology billing office to perform the following duties:

  • Appeal and re-submit unpaid claims
  • Submit and follow up on secondary claims
  • Process payment proposals from insurance payors
  • Keep ongoing details in the system for each account worked

Arrhythmia Technician – Full time –NEW

Looking for a full time tech who has experience in telemetry monitoring.  This is a overnight shift, 7:00 p to 7:00 a.  Work 3 12 hour shifts one week and the next work 4 12 hour shifts.  Will rotate weekends and holidays but paid overtime rate.  The following skills are required;

  • Observe, measure and interpret rhythms
  • Remind patients to submit their data, help to keep them on schedule
  • Assist patients with any technical issues to ensure a smooth appointment
  • Enter patient information into medical software
  • Distribute monitor equipment to various offices within the practice
  • Accept returned equipment and prepare for future use
  • Triage calls for after hours clinical personnel
  • Monitor off hour security remote cameras
  • Refill prescriptions

This is a private practice seeking a professional candidate to work with their team.  It is a temp to hire opportunity; if hired, full benefits package offered.  Starting pay for 1 year experience is $18/hr.  For candidates with more experience, salary is negotiable.


Patient Coordinator –NEW

Busy specialty practice is seeking a full-time, permanent care coordinator; as the title implies, this role will be responsible for the following;

  • Liaison between patient, medical assistant and physician
  • Handle heavy volume of incoming calls

This specialty practice is seeking a “Director of First Impressions” to enhance the customer service experience.  This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience working a medical front desk and the ability to handle multiple duties….with a smile.  It is a full-time position, no weekends, and full benefits package offered.  Fluency on medical software, handling volume of calls, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must.  Salary is $15.50 to $17.00 depending on years of experience and skill set.  Office is located in the St. Louis county area with free parking.
