SONOGRAPHER for OB/GYN PRACTICE – NEW

There is an immediate need for a private practice located in the Creve Coeur area.  This position requires 2-3 years recent experience.    Flexible schedule is as follows; Monday 9-3, Tuesday 11-7, Thursday 9-3, Friday (if no Saturday hours) 9-1, Saturday (2 per month) 8-12.

REGISTERED NURSE FOR ONCOLOGY CLINIC – NEW

Very busy practice is seeking a nurse with oncology experience and/or surgical experience.  In this role, you will work very closely with physicians and patients to work through the details of preop testing, surgery locations, scheduling of procedures and overall healthcare plan.  This role is vital in easing the patient through the coordination of all appointments, surgeries, medication and overall education of the doctor’s plan for their individual care.  In the role, you will also backup the appointment scheduler, track pathology reports, obtain lab/test results and check dressings and bandages.

This is a full-time, temp to hire opening.  The hours are Monday through Friday from 8 to 4:30.  No holidays and no weekends.  If you have the skills of a patient advocate and a sincere empathy for cancer patients, then this is the perfect spot for you.  Must have a valid Missouri Nursing license and 2-3 years nursing experience.

Medical Practice Manager for a Specialty Clinic – NEW

A full time, permanent need in the Creve Coeur, MO area.  Solo physician is seeking a top-notch medical manager with a minimum of 3 – 5 yrs. experience running a practice. This job entails oversight of all core competencies of running a medical practice. Human resources; hiring, training, disciplining, terminating staff, payroll, 401k administration and employee benefits. Work closely with bankers, IT support, accountants and all outside vendors. Will be responsible for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly financials and ensuring accurate reports. Also will monitor all federal and state regulations as they apply to a medical practice, such as OSHA, HIPAA, MACRA, and clinical licensure.
