Medical Front Desk Specialist – NEW

This is a full time, permanent need for a candidate who possesses experience in the ophthalmology field, excellent customer service and some medical billing/insurance skills. Will be expected to check patients in and out efficiently and check insurance eligibility and collect copays. This job is tied to the billing department and it is necessary to understand coding, modifiers, and vision coverage. Hours are Monday through Friday with coverage needed as early as 7:30 and as late as 5:30. Only candidates with medical office experience will be considered. 2-3 yrs experience in a medical office is a must. This is a well established, busy practice that requires cross training, a high level of customer service and teamwork. Candidates must be fluent on medical software/EMR systems.

Ophthalmic Technician – NEW

Growing practice is seeking a qualified ophthalmic tech to assist with all patient care duties. A minimum of 2-3 yrs experience is required. Must be a certified COA. Will also assist with minor surgeries and all of the standard ophthalmic tests and workups. This is a full time need; no weekends. This position offers a competitive salary and full benefits package. Medical Revenue Cycle Billing Rep – NEW

This position will be responsible for managing off site ASC clients.  A thorough understanding of the billing cycle, collections, appeals, denials, and write-offs is necessary.  This is a fast pace position which requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to provide reporting to administrators and facility owners.  All interested candidates will possess excellent verbal and written skills as well as a minimum of 4-5 years revenue cycle experience.  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.  This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package and bonus opportunity.  This is a full-time, permanent job.  


A/R Representative – NEW  

There is an immediate need for a billing clerk who understands the revenue cycle.  Must have knowledge of insurance benefits and the ability to fill in wherever needed in the billing department.  Must have 3 years of solid medical office billing and be a non-smoker.  This is a full time DIRECT HIRE and offers great pay and benefits.  Located in Chesterfield with convenient, free parking.  Mon-Fri



Multiple positions available in South County responsible for answering phones, triaging calls and scheduling appointments in busy doctors’ offices. ONLY candidates with 2 or more years of experience working in a doctor’s office or medical call center will be considered. NO CNAs or PCTs will be considered for these jobs. Requires solid communication and keyboarding skills, ability to work efficiently on an EMR system and remain friendly and upbeat while handling a large volume of calls. NextGen experience preferred, but will consider candidates who have recent EMR experience. Positions offer 40 hours a week; Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM.

The candidate must also be familiar with insurance in order to obtain the precertifications needed. EMR experience is a must but allergy experience is not. This practice is seeking a skilled Registered Medical Assistant with 3 years experience.  A very motivated candidate works best in this large practice and has IM or primary care background.  Candidates must be skilled utilizing medical software and EMR.   This is a full time, permanent need.  The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 or 5:30.

Looking for experienced Medical Assistants for current full time, temp-to-hire and temporary positions in Internal Medicine, Cardiology Family Medicine, ENT, Dermatology, OB/GYN, and GI practices.  A minimum of one year of experience working in a physician practice or clinic setting is required.  In addition, candidate must have current clinical skills relating to the specialty of medicine, and solid communication and keyboarding skills to include EMR experience. Monday through Friday with hours varying between 7:45 AM to 5/5:30 PM typically a 40-hour work week.  



Medical Receptionist

Busy cardiology practice located in North County has an immediate long-term, temporary assignment available for a customer friendly medical receptionist. MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE is a must! Duties include greeting patients, assisting with check in, and telephone messaging on EMR system.  Will also help patients get registered.  Requires solid communication, computer (EMR) and telephone etiquette skills. Only candidates with experience in doctors office will be considered. Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM.

Interim Practice Manager – NEW

This physician/owner is seeking an energized and experienced Practice Manager who can lead a team of clinicians and support staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.  

Responsibilities for the Practice Manager:

  • Handle all personnel and human resource areas.
  • Monitor time sheets, vacation and sick time; perform payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, credentialing, and OSHA.
  • Maintain retail inventory.
  • Work closely with billing team and review all A/R, denials, appeals and any insurance issues.
  • Follow budgetary and expense guidelines for the practice.
