Medical Biller – NEW

Dermatology office located in Chesterfield is seeking an experienced biller with strong revenue cycle experience who can both post charges, as well as, work denials. The perfect candidate will have extensive, well-rounded billing experience. A solid work history is a must. Hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. This position is a full-time temp to hire position. However, for the perfect candidate, immediate full-time permanent placement could be available.

Medical Assistant – NEW

Busy family medicine practice is looking for a full-time Medical Assistant that has billing/claims experience. Quality Measure Abstractor, NSQIP certified – NEW

This position performs medical record abstraction for collection of hospital Quality Measure data and other data as assigned for either Adult or Pediatric NSQIP cases. THESE POSITIONS ARE REMOTE AND CAN BE WORKED FULL TIME OR PART TIME.

  • Apply data element definitions and abstraction found in in applicable manuals
  • Identify incomplete medical records
  • Identify deficiencies in documentation
  • Complete review and data entry within assigned timelines

Minimum of twelve months of Quality Measure or other medical record abstraction experience. NSQIP CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

Candidates most possess excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate effectively via email, conference calls and other means of virtual technology.


Quality Measure Abstractor, Trauma Registry – NEW

Looking for experienced abstractors with a background in trauma. This position is a remote opening and can be worked full-time or part-time.

  • Trauma registry experience is required
  • 12 mos. minimum of quality measure or medical record abstraction required
  • Must be a registered nurse, LPN or other comparable healthcare degree/license
  • Ability to perform the abstraction accurately, identify deficiencies, and complete according to deadlines

Medical Assistant, Part-Time – NEW

This is a temp need to cover for 2 full months-starting in the end of September until mid-November. Busy derm doctor needs experienced medical assistant to assist in the clinic during patient hours. Duties include rooming patient, taking vitals, giving injections, assisting doctor with office procedures, returning patient calls as instructed by doctor. Must have working knowledge of EMR system. This is a part-time need in the West County area working Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays every week from 9 a.m. to 2 or 3 pm. Medical Assistant certificaiton required, 2 years experience preferred.

Medical Assistant with Billing Skills – NEW 

This is a full time, permanent need, located in O’Fallon, MO.   Will work closely with the clinical team with all patient care duties.  Rooming patients, taking vitals, review of systems/medications, and other various duties.  And will assist the office manager with claims submittal, obtaining prior auths, working the old A/R, and other revenue cycle duties.  Must be fluent on medical software/EMR and possess excellent written and verbal skills.

This is full-time, temp to hire need, for an experienced medical biller. This job entails billing, posting, working the accounts receivables and appeals.  Only medical billers with a minimum of 3-5 years experience will be considered.  This position requires  attention to detail and strong insurance knowledge and medical terminology.  The hours can be somewhat flexible, working 8 hrs/day between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  When hired, full benefits package offered.  Located in Chesterfield with free parking.


Medical Assistant for Primary Care office in South STL County – NEW

There is an immediate need for a temp to hire employee with experience as a medical assistant.  Must be flexible to work the front and back office and everything in between.  Must have 3 years of solid medical assistant experience.   Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.



Multiple positions available in South County responsible for answering phones, triaging calls and scheduling appointments in busy doctors’ offices. ONLY candidates with 2 or more years of experience working in a doctor’s office or medical call center will be considered. NO CNAs or PCTs will be considered for these jobs. Requires solid communication and keyboarding skills, ability to work efficiently on an EMR system and remain friendly and upbeat while handling a large volume of calls. NextGen experience preferred, but will consider candidates who have recent EMR experience. Positions offer 40 hours a week; Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM.



Busy allergy office in St. Charles County needing an MA to work on the clinical side performing injections, skin testing, and PFT’s. The candidate must also be familiar with insurance in order to obtain the precertifications needed. EMR experience is a must but allergy experience is not. This MA must have the willingness to learn the specialty. This position is full-time permanent for the right candidate.




This practice is seeking a skilled Registered Medical Assistant with 3 years experience.  A very motivated candidate works best in this large practice and has IM or primary care background.  Candidates must be skilled utilizing medical software and EMR.   This is a full time, permanent need.  The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 or 5:30.

Practice Manager – NEW

Busy specialty group is seeking a top-notch practice manager with a minimum of 3 – 5 yrs. experience running a private practice. This job entails oversight of all core competencies of running a medical practice. Human resources; hiring, training, disciplining, terminating staff, payroll, 401k administration and employee benefits. Work closely with bankers, IT support, accountants and all outside vendors. Will be responsible for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly financials and ensuring accurate reports. Also, will monitor all federal and state regulations as they apply to a medical practice, such as OSHA, HIPAA, MACRA, and clinical licensure. Patient satisfaction is paramount to being a successful manager in this role.


Program Manager, Quality Data Services – NEW

This CLINICAL position is needed to manage the day to day operations for Core Measures Abstraction. Managers with degrees in nursing or other healthcare management degrees required. Must have experience with managing medium to large scale projects and solid knowledge of quality measures collected and reported in a hospital setting.

  • Assist project leads to ensure contract requirements are met
  • Participate in regular conference calls required by clients
  • Provide accurate reports and information in a timely manner
  • Monitor compliance with contract requirements for record completion
  • Conduct IRR reviews on all core measure abstractors
  • Work with the CFO to prepare RFP responses
  • Perform all supervisory duties for abstractors, such as interviews, hiring, evaluating, coaching education and PIPs

Requirements for this position;

  • Advanced nursing degree or comparable healthcare management degree
  • CPHQ certification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a manager
